Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using SriSnap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Shalusri Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of SriSnap.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Copy, distribute, or make the App available over a network
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

You agree to use SriSnap only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Upload or analyze images containing illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share your API keys with unauthorized third parties

SriSnap requires you to provide your own API keys from third-party services (OpenAI or OpenRouter) to function. By using these services through our App:

• You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of service of your chosen API provider
• You are solely responsible for any costs incurred from API usage
• You understand that your photos are transmitted directly to the API provider for processing
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure

Our Property

The App, including its design, graphics, user interface, and underlying code, is owned by Shalusri Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you capture and upload through the App. We do not claim any ownership over your content. The AI-generated suggestions provided based on your photos are provided for your personal use.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated suggestions will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

AI-Generated Content

The suggestions provided by SriSnap are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as creative inspiration only. Always use your own judgment, especially for:

• Recipes: Check for allergens and food safety
• Garden advice: Verify plant toxicity and local growing conditions
• Any suggestion: AI can make mistakes; verify important information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHALUSRI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Damages resulting from third-party API services
• Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free to download).

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is harmful to us or our reputation

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
